Since my last update there have been some changes at the club.

Danny Elmer stood down as Coach in December and Marcus Tobin left to take up a coaching contract in rugby League.  The club has asked Alan Chinn-Shaw and Matt Tennison to fill the vacancies whilst long term options are considered.  The boiler has been replaced so we now have our excellent showers and bath back in full working order.

The First XV won their first league match after Xmas by beating East London 33-8 at Thornwood.  The A XV have progressed to the semi final of their cup competition, whilst the Ex A are at the quarter final stage.

The Youth and Mini sections continue to flourish and it is now difficult to find a parking space at the club on a Sunday when there is often a full programme of games for kids aged 4 to 17.

We now have discussion areas for each of the senior teams and all of the Youth Section. Team managers are free to post their own announcements to their teams, social committees can publish their own notices of events and parties and I am hoping that the weekly selection of senior players can be posted there too.
